Privacy policy

Information you send us

We only collect what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the type of help you pick and your message. We use it to answer you, and if you opt in, to send an occasional Muncie parts offer. We do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Each submission is emailed to our parts staff, and a copy is stored with our web host for up to 90 days so that a lead is not lost if email has a problem. Submissions caught by our spam screen are stored for up to 30 days and then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party trackers and has no user accounts. Our web host keeps short-lived technical logs to protect the site. Pages load a web font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font downloads.

PDF manuals and store links

Manuals on this site open directly as PDF files and we never ask for details to read them. Links to pgttruckparts.com and rebuiltmunciepto.com lead to our own sites, and pgttruckparts.com has its own privacy policy for orders.

Deleting your information

Ask us to delete what we hold about you by calling 877-776-4600 or through the contact page. We delete it unless the law requires us to keep it, for example for an order record.
