Who we are

Pro Gear and Transmission sells heavy truck drivetrain parts: transmissions, differentials, power take-offs and the parts that keep them running. We are an independent company. We are not Muncie Power Products, we are not owned by them, and this website is not theirs. If you need the manufacturer itself, for example with a question about a brand new unit, contact Muncie Power Products through munciepower.com.

What this site is for

We built munciepowerpto.com as a parts and model reference. Each Muncie series page shows how that PTO's parts list is put together, which manuals cover it and where each item can be ordered on our online store, pgttruckparts.com. The manuals page gathers the Muncie books we have into one list, and the troubleshooting and installation pages summarise what those books say about noise, leaks, backlash and shifting.

How ordering works

• Online: Muncie parts and complete Muncie PTOs are listed on pgttruckparts.com, where you can check the price and order.
• By phone: call 877-776-4600 or 407-872-1901, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern. Have the model number from the PTO tag ready, or the item number from the parts manual.
• By message: use the quote form and we answer during business hours.
